Package is normally shipped within 3-5 business days

Economy Shipping using Registered Airmail normally takes 10-21 business days to arrive

Standard Shipping using EMS normally takes 7-11 business days to arrive

Tracking numbers will be provided once available

Economy Shipping to some countries (e.g. Australia, Canada) can only be tracked in the origin country

Standard shipping options are available for US, Canada, and Australia

For customers from other parts of the world, standard shipping options are available by request

but sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties

If the courier fail to deliver your package(s) (caused by an empty house, an unclear address, or unreachable recipient), we will need you to contact them to schedule for pickup or redelivery ASAP. Unclaimed items after a certain period of times (differ in each country) will be returned to us. If your package is being returned to us, we will only refund the amount of the product price. We will not refund the shipping fee.
