How much is shipping to my country?

Economy shipping for most bags are under $20. For the exact shipping amount, you can add the item(s) that you want into the cart and view your cart to see the shipping fee. You can do this even if you don't want to complete the checkout process yet.

How long will I get my item(s)? 

All items are shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is cleared. Economy shipping takes approximately 10-21 business days and Standard shipping takes approximately

8-12 business days to arrive. Please note that international delivery is highly depended on the courier company and local customs/duties.

Can I track my item?

You will receive an email with the tracking details once it is available. However, economy shipping to some countries (e.g. Australia, Canada) can only be tracked in the origin country. As of Aug 2018, economy shipping to Canada is no longer available. Our Canadian customer can only choose standard shipping method.

 

Where is my item? Why haven't I received it?

In 1 out of 100 cases, delays happen. Economy shipping needs 30 business days and Standard shipping needs 15 business days for our local post office to start an investigation. We do not accept refund for late arrival items. We will issue a full refund only for lost/damaged items.
