All of our bags are handwoven and made of natural material. There may be subtle differences in size, shape, weave, colour, and finishes as part of its beauty and uniqueness.

Rattan bags were smoked over coconut husk in the process and they may still have the strong unpleasant smell when you receive it. The smell will fade over time if you use the bag regularly. A product like Febreze and a few days in the open air will help dissipate the smell.

Your purchase will be processed and shipped between 3-5 business days after payment is cleared. Please read our Shipping page for more details about shipping. The estimated shipping time is provided by the post office; business days are Monday-Friday and exclude public holiday. If your item(s) haven't arrived after 30 business days for economy shipping and 15 business days for standard shipping, please contact us. We will investigate the item and issue a refund for lost items if you don't receive it within 60 days from the purchase date.

Sometimes shipping may take a little longer than the estimated time.

Please be patient until the said period time above before asking us for more information as those are the required timeframe from the post office for a follow-up. If you need more information about your package before the said period time above, you could contact your local post office using the tracking number we provided.

If the courier fail to deliver your package (caused by an empty house, an unclear address, or unreachable recipient), we will need you to contact them to schedule for pickup or redelivery ASAP. Unclaimed items after a certain period of times (differ in each country) will be returned to us. If your package is being returned to us, we will only issue refund with the amount of the product price. We will not refund the shipping fee.
